Tribal Fusion launches Firefly Video in The Netherlands
Global online advertising provider opens first Dutch office; introduces 100% engagement Firefly Video product
The Netherlands - January 25, 2012 Tribal Fusion, the global advertising provider owned by Exponential®, has launched operations in The Netherlands.
The company, which launched in France and Germany last year, will lead with brand engagement video platform Firefly Video, a full-page video online ad format that expands from standard ad units on user initiation.
It has appointed Arno Peperkoorn, as managing director, Tribal Fusion Netherlands. Peperkoorn joins Tribal Fusion from Sanoma, the largest digital publisher in The Netherlands. He has over 12 years experience in the media industry, stemming across outdoor, print and digital.
Peperkoorn said: "Tribal Fusion offers an online video product that takes the impact of television advertising and combines it with audience insights and targeting only available in the digital arena. This allows for maximum engagement and interaction with the users."

Sold on a Cost Per Engagement (CPE) model, the company said that Firefly Video ensured advertisers only pay when a user has interacted with their brand messaging, at a price point that delivers against their campaign objectives.
The unit enables brands to deliver a full-page experience that can encompass multiple videos, deeper product information, games and social sharing to targeted audiences.
Tribal Fusion Netherlands will be offering advertisers access to premium online inventory across the entire Dutch market with the opportunity to target campaigns by channel category as required.
Dutch clients will also be able to utilize the wider Tribal Fusion global network by IP targeting ads to users who reside in the Netherlands but visiting non-Dutch sites. Currently there are 491m users in the global Tribal Fusion network, running over 1,000 campaigns at any one time.
Furthermore as part of the Firefly Video product, Tribal Fusion offers an in-house creative service team to build and host the creative on behalf of clients.
