Dilip DaSilva, Chairman & CEO
Dilip DaSilva launched Tribal Fusion, the first business to form part of the Exponential Interactive Group of operations, in 2001. As a single founder, he built the ad-serving technology that provided the foundation for the Exponential e-X Advertising Intelligence platform. Previously, he designed and built the ad serving technology at Flycast Communications and Engage Media. Dilip has an MS in Computer Science and a BS in Bio-Engineering from Brown University.
Marv Tseu, Chief Operations Officer
Marv Tseu has more than 30 years' experience founding, leading and developing networking and communication companies. He was a member of the senior management team of consumer electronics company Plantronics from 1984 to 1996 where he still serves as Chairman of the Board. In 1999 he founded SiteSmith, a co-location managed services company. He was also a venture partner at ComVentures, a Silicon Valley venture capital firm. He holds a BA in economics from Stanford University.
John Rettig, Chief Financial Officer
John Rettig has served as our Chief Financial Officer since May 2005. Prior to joining us, Mr. Rettig served as Vice President of Finance at Reflect.com LLC, an online prestige beauty brand owned by Procter & Gamble. Mr. Rettig previously served as Vice President of Finance and Controller at Achieva.com/Kaplan, Inc., an e-learning company owned by the Washington Post. Mr. Rettig also served as Chief Financial Officer of E-Global Network., Inc., a software infrastructure company, and as a Senior Director of Finance at Excite@Home, Inc., where he was Controller of the Media Division. Mr. Rettig holds a B.S. in Economics and Business Administration from St. Mary’s College of California.
Alex Saldanha, Chief Technology Officer
Alex Saldanha brings 25 years of commercial software development and innovation. He co-founded Cadence Berkeley Labs, a division of Cadence Design Systems in 1993 where he worked on the research and development of technologies related to Computer Aided Design of Integrated Circuits. He then co-founded Softface, Inc. in 1998 where he served first as CEO, then as CTO. Alex received his B. Tech. in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology - Madras, and a PhD. in Computer Science from the University of California - Berkeley.
Kesa Tsuda, Chief People Officer
Kesa Tsuda has served as Exponential's Chief People Officer since July 2011. She brings extensive experience in human resources management and business operations. Prior to joining Exponential, Kesa was Senior Vice President, Worldwide Human Resources for Sony Pictures Entertainment. Kesa previously served as Vice President of Human Resources with Idealab, Aspen Marketing, Launch Media and Universal Pictures. In addition, she has held business operations and financial planning leadership roles with Comcast and NBC. Kesa has a BA degree in Economics from UCLA and holds certifications with SHRM and World at Work.
Philip Buxton, Chief Marketing Officer
Philip Buxton is an expert in designing and communicating the go-to-market strategies of digital advertising businesses. A former trade marketing journalist, he became the first reporter at UK magazine Marketing Week to cover 'new media' in 1998 before going on to edit Revolution, a monthly magazine for digital marketers. He moved out of journalism in 2007 to join digital strategy consultancy business Circus Street before acting as an independent marketing consultant for digital marketing businesses including search marketing agency iCrossing, universal tag management company TagMan, and Tribal Fusion, the global online advertising provider owned by Exponential. He has a BSc Honors degree in Marketing from the Lancaster University management school.
Tim Brown, Chief Product Officer
Tim Brown has more than thirteen years experience in the digital advertising industry. Prior to his role
at Exponential, he was EU General Manager of Tribal Fusion. He was previously VP of Ad Products and Platforms, Europe, at Yahoo! following the company's acquisition of behavioral online advertising provider BlueLithium where he was European Managing Director. He is a Non Executive Director at MymCart, self-service mobile commerce platform, sits on the Advisory Panel at mobile demand-side advertising platform StrikeAd and Non Executive Director at Rippll, an in-app location-based marketing technology company.
