Dilip DaSilva, Chairman & CEO
Dilip DaSilva has an MS in Computer Science and a BS in Bio-Engineering from Brown University. In 1997, he architected and built the technology that drove the success of Flycast Communications and Engage Media. Flycast went public in 1999, and was acquired by CMGI for more than $2 billion. In 2001, Dilip launched Tribal Fusion, the first business under exponential. As a single founder, he built the ad-serving technology that provided the foundation for the exponential platform.
Steve Cakebread
Steve Cakebread served as the President and Chief Strategy Officer of Salesforce.com, a customer relationship management service provider, from February 2008 to January 2009 and as Salesforce.com's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from May 2002 to February 2008. From April 1997 until April 2002, Steve served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Autodesk, a software company. From April 1992 until April 1997, he was Vice President of Finance for Silicon Graphics World Trade. Previous to that, Steve held various roles at Hewlett Packard. Steve holds a B.S. in Business from the University of California at Berkeley and an M.B.A. from Indiana University.
John Farrell
John formerly served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Specialised Agencies and Marketing Services business of Publicis Groupe, one of the world's top three advertising and communications agency groups. During his business career, John has held various executive management positions with a number of global advertising and communications firms, including: Publicis Groupe (2003-2009); D'Arcy, Masius, Benton & Bowles (1993-2003); and IMP International (1985-1993).
John currently serves as Chairman and Non-Executive Director to a number of advertising and communications related businesses, including: Huntsworth Plc, Albion Digital Advertising Group, John Brown, DWA, exponential, Acceleration, LBI, EZ Corp and Albemarle & Bond. John is also a Senior Consultant Advisor to several businesses, including The European Golf Tour and Saatchi & Saatchi.
Robert Goldberg
Robert is a seasoned entrepreneur, technology leader and investor with more than 30 years of experience building companies from early-stage startups to established enterprises.
Most recently Robert was a member of the early executive team at Zynga serving as its first senior vice president of business operations and corporate development. His work resulted in key revenue initiatives, global partnerships, and strategic acquisitions, which contributed to Zynga reaching over $1 billion run rate in revenue, growing its employee base to over 2,500 worldwide and expanding distribution to 100 countries worldwide in less than three years. Robert also established and led Zynga's operations in Asia where he guided the company's expansion onto multiple SNS and mobile platforms.
During his career, Robert helped lead three companies to initial public offerings and has been involved in numerous successful exits. Previously, Robert was Managing Director at Idealab where he pioneered the capital-efficient strategy of "innovation through milestone investing" which tied frequent operating and innovation milestones to successive capital investments.
Prior to Idealab, Robert spent more than 20 years in senior management, corporate investment and strategy positions at media, e-commerce and enterprise software companies.
Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and Applied Science from Columbia University in New York City.
Dennis P. Wolf
Mr. Wolf serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Fusion-io Multisystems.
Previously, Mr. Wolf served as Executive Vice President and CFO of MySQL AB. Prior to MySQL, Mr. Wolf held financial management positions for public high technology companies including Apple Computer, Inc., Centigram Communications, Inc., Credence Systems Corporation, Omnicell, Inc., Redback Networks Inc. and Sun Microsystems, Inc. Mr. Wolf is a director of Quantum Corporation, where he is also a member of the audit committee, and has been a director and chair of the audit committee for other public companies including Avanex Corporation, Bigband Networks, Komag, Inc., Registry Magic, Inc. and Vitria Technology, Inc.
He holds a B.A. from the University of Colorado and an M.B.A. from the University of Denver.
